"The hotel is very nice, however during my trip,
only one elevator was working, for the entire hotel. And twice my room was not cleaned even after it being requested. Lastly sometimes I had to wait in line for over 5 mins just to get my ticket validated for valet parking. Maybe have a dedicated line for that. I would give it another chance though. The casino is very clean and a nice atmosphere. The rooms are a nice size as well.
