"It’s a great choice for everyone. Very clean, with nice rooms and everything we were looking for. My only concern was the breakfast. The small containers made the process a bit slow, but the food options were really good."

"Everything was fine except the air conditioning was poor and there was a sewage smell in the room the first night; everything else was fine."

"Staff was wonderful. The front desk clerk was very helpful when I checked in. The only downfall I can see was the sheets under the bed had a few stains and the towels had stains on them as well. Breakfast was good not much variety besides eggs, sausage, waffles, and pancakes. There was some cereal, bananas, and oranges. Otherwise that was it. Staff was all very kind and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again despite the small little hiccups."

The front desk staff were wonderful and a great representation of the company - worthy to be recognized by management in our opinion. The room was spacious and we felt very comfortable as we enjoyed our anniversary. The surprise platter and champagne were much appreciated. We highly recommend you stay at Hilton Naples and, in our next trip here, we will too."

"It is a quiet hotel; the room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The social area was small, uncomfortable, and boring. The rest and parking were excellent. Breakfast wasn't included, but there was a small restaurant that offered breakfast service."
