"The biggest disappointment was the pool. I thought the pool would be enjoyable for everyone, but it was definitely more like a babysitter for people‘s children. It was an absolute zoo in that filthy cloudy pool, and I never even got to put a toe into it. Otherwise, the rest of the day was pretty good."

Clean comfortable room The amenities stated that the property has a pool NO POOL I WAS TOLD IT CLOSED FOR COVID N NEVER REOPENED I was very disappointed I choose the property because it had a pool I would not have booked this property if I new this ahead of time. Also breakfast wasn't filled n coffee empty I got an eye roll from the server"

"Good location.Clean room. Great a/C but uncontrollable. Exterior doors with inoperable safety/ locks to minimize night access by other than legitimate occupants.In general, outside of building and walkways in poot ondition. Good room for the price if you are willing to overlook the shortcomings."

"When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy."

"The staff treated me with the most disrespect gave me a hard time about cleaning towels would not give me a plastic fork after breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel. We have a business where we spend a lot of money on hotels. We chose this one because it was the closest to our site for work, but I will never go back. We will go back to using the Hampton In."

"Jen at the front desk was sooo helpful with a printing job I needed to do for work! The lobby bar is so attractive with late night service. The rooftop bar affords spectacular views on a clear sunny night! Everything convenient and staff so kind!"
