"OMG. This property was amazing. We stayed in one of the Cave hotel rooms and it was like nothing else I have ever seen. The hotel was top-notch, the staff and service was top-notch, the view was beyond top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel or staying in the Sassi area enough. I feel so lucky to have experienced this area of the world and cannot say enough good things about the property. The staff were so helpful from day one (we stayed 3 nights). 5-star service all the way. On our last day, we really did not have an itinerary for the last 3-4 days of our time in Italy until we flew out of Rome. The front desk employee suggested 2 places, including Orvieto. We took her advice and had the best time finishing off our 3-week tour of Croatia and Italy."

Everyone we met — from reception to the spa team, the restaurant staff, and even the cleaners — was consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. It made the whole stay feel relaxed and welcoming. The spa and pool were a real highlight. Swimming in the atmospheric cave pool was unforgettable — calming, beautiful, and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Overall, Aquatio is a luxurious, beautifully designed hotel with outstanding service and a truly memorable atmosphere. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it."
