"The room itself was fine, spacious and clean. The staff were lovely, and the bar facilities at the sister ‘Style’ hotel next door was a nice addition. Plenty of parking. However the lack of flexibility with the room heating meant no option to switch it off and it was boiling, even on the lowest setting. so I couldn’t sleep and my dogs drank 2 bowls of water in the night! Opening the window did help as it was -4 outside. I wouldn’t stay again for that reason, but otherwise it’s a good budget...

"The cave room at the chateau is fantastic. Besides a couple of spiderwebs and some steep steps, it is truly a find in the Loire valley. Excellent space, oasis of rest, great sauna, even better hot tub!"

"Great location! You could not get any closer to Chenonceaux castle if you tried! Room was very large, with separate seating area, desk area, and bed. Helpful staff and delicious dinner. Nice bar area with room to read near the fire. Would stay again! "

"Super cheap motel I thought would be okay for one night en route to holidays with the car, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Good things - sheets were clean, staff were nice, place was quiet, easy parking. Absolutely tiny rooms with smaller size single beds - even then you had to walk sideways past the end of the bed it was that tight. Pod type bathroom, with everything peeling paint \ laminate. No space for luggage. Travelling 2 adults, 2 dogs, no space for dog beds even. So tiny it was a...

"The room was very cold - lovely large size but difficult to heat in the winter. Good location. Unfortunately the restaurant was also closed in early December but the nearby town of Amboise was lovely."
