"Didn't know there was an extra fee to pay when getting there after booking on Expedia. Got to the room and it smelled. No door knob on the bathroom door. No extra linen. Noisey. Hot in the room air was set at 63. Paint coming off ceiling. Breakfast wasn't good. Water pressure was barely there. Oh and front desk came to our room asked about the door knob missing and walked away without explaining anything. Handed in keys in morning and was told thank you and have a good day. No receipt or anything. "

"Very family friendly. Lots of families having parties. Which was perfect because we were also having a party. Pool was very small but great for younger children. "

"We had to find a new place at the last minute and Comfort Suites was great, staff very helpful and the fitness center was one of the better hotel ones. The pool looked amazing but we didn't use it. The breakfast was quite good too, with lots of options. Rooms well done and super clean. Only complaint is that we had to return to the front desk several times because our keys had stopped working. "

"Power was out. Was unable to access a room. Staff did nothing to accommodate for this issue. Had to find a different (more expensive) place to stay. Communication was horrible. "

"The rooms were nasty!!! There were blood stains on the sheets, hair on sheets and all over the floor, towels were dirty, and I got bed bug bites all over my body!!!! The front desk man was creepy and asking personal questions. I would never recommend this place. "
