"The location was not safe looking. The shower was not clean. The people looked like people who lived there or just hanging out. The manage allowed us to check out and promise he would refund my money for the three nights I did not stay. I have yet to receive my refund. I would not recommend any one to stay there until you bring in a team that will help with updating your facilities and stop allowing people to just hang out. You prices were great. "Nothing wrong with the staff, it’s what they have to work with that’s the problem. There are two elevators, but only one works and the lone person at the front desk has to constantly run around to “call” the elevator for guests as the call button doesn’t always work. We had a “suite” that hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s and it showed. The A/C struggled to cool the room (it was in the 90’s outside). You have to duck to get your head under the shower. Lots of chips, cracks, stains, etc that...

"This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. Easy reservation and immediate communication from the hotel. Prompt shuttle pickup from the airport. Great driver. Clean property and the front desk checked me in efficiently. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this location."
