The room was lovely and clean. Hotel was basic but functional. Shower head set at low height- in line with my belly button. This made showering less pleasant.

Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm.
