10/10 Excellent

"very nice hotel with a great staff-very friendly and helpful. was not the best area to go walking but the sidewalks were well marked and the stop light worked well. I will stay here again if I come this way. Lots of nice drawings and pictures on the wall. The biscuits and gravy were VERY good."

"Checked in to this place. The room I booked wasn't the room I received. Went to front desk to complain about it. I was asked for my confirmation number and they didn't even type anything in the computer. Just told me that was the room I booked. Trash and drug addicts roaming around. Couldn't even smoke a cigarette outside without being asked for 1. Room was dirty and the ac made a load noise when turned on. Asked front desk for soap and was told there was some in the room. There wasn't any. Had to go to a store and buy my own. Bathroom toilet seat was lose. Girlfriend could sit on it because it would slide around when she did. They said someone would come fix it but nobody ever showed up. They did offer a shuttle from the airport which was the guy at the front desk who drove like a maniac from the airport. We o opted to take a Uber to the airport when after check out. In the morning they were doing a roof repair making it impossible to sleep in the morning."

"The room was extremely dirty when I arrived. There were crumbs and debris on the floor, hair all over the bathtub, and the room clearly had not been cleaned properly. I politely asked housekeeping if the room could be vacuumed, but the staff member seemed irritated by the request. I ended up leaving and booking another hotel instead. Very disappointing experience."

"The property was clean, but my wife fell out of a chair and hit her head on the wall, because one of the legs of a chair was broken. The staff at the front desk only said “I’ll have maintenance look into it”. The outlets in the room next to the bed didn’t work, so we had to plug our phones across the room"
