"The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too."

"The hotel is currently being renovated. However, everything went well and the a/c was the best we have had in a hotel in a LONG time.This is important to us, especially when staying in Houston."

"I liked this hotel because it was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and both the bed and bed sheets were well maintained. Breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice touch. However, the receptionist did not welcome us or engage in any basic conversation. He should be trained on how to properly greet and interact with guests. Additionally, his appearance was not professional, and his outfit was not clean."

"I went to check in. The gentleman at the front desk was telling me the room is going to be $270. I told him I already paid online. He kept trying to charge me. Convinced me to cancel my reservation. But I know I wouldn't get a refund. I called Expedia and they were able to help me. But at this point I did not want to return. And wil never return. "
