Die Zimmervergabe war sehr sehr langsam, im Zweierzimmer erhielten wir ein upgrade (danke), die vier Personen mussten mindestens eine Viertelstunde warten, um mitsamt Koffern wieder zurück in einen älteren Teil des Hotels an der obern Strasse das Zimmer zu beziehen! "A gem of a room, we loved staying here. The owners were so helpful. Great communication with directions, help with trains etc. Lovely furnished room, good quality tolietries, with a small samples from a local small business. Would recommend 100%, nothing to fault. "

"I received a text saying the room we’ll be staying in needed maintenance but I could stay at another of their hotels or receive a refund. We decided not to stay and they denied my refund. Expedia tried help but the property is not allowing it even though they offered it."

"Our stay at Club Esse Sporting was disappointing. We got back both nights after 9PM, so there was no point complaining, but we found dirty sheets on arrival. Thankfully, the cleaning ladies noticed and changed them the next day. There were plumbing issues. The toilet didn’t flush, there was a bad smell, and all the water went into the shower.
