"Definitely worth the price I paid due to the rich continental breakfast that goes on until 10:30 am.
The bus station is literally outside the hotel which is a huge plus taking in consideration the neighborhood.
The neighborhood isn't the safest, however the bus and train stations are literally right under your nose, as long as you're careful with your cellphone you've got nothing to worry about."

"The location was a disaster we were advised not to go out of the hotel after 7pm and it fell like a prison there is a gym in the building or attached to it and the noise and vibration was really annoying the breakfast was not of the quality and it wasn't fresh the fruit in the basket were rotting I wouldn't recommend the hotel"

"I stayed for one week, and the staff’s service was excellent. They were always friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. I would like to mention everyone, but unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Every employee provides outstanding service, and that truly makes a difference! "I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site. "I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable.
