Units are very basic with inadequate seating and tables. Rather worn but clean. Staff were all friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. Gorgeous beach and amenities on the property for guests. For a much lesser price tag than most resorts on the island, this is the place if location and beautiful beach are your priorities.

This place is very old school, but it has a really wonderful beach, it's very clean, and it is an incredible value! We would definitely stay here again. Some of the staff are super friendly and some you have to win over, but overall they were great. The beach bar has great food and the drinks were as good or better than elsewhere for a lot less.

Everything is great but I had a bad impression when I arrived because the place is very outdated and looks decadent. However, after that I rationalized and realized it was very good for the price I was paying. Anguilla is very expensive. The hotel is right at the water. The beach restaurant is single but has good drinks and food. The waitress Diane is amazing! They also give some fair breakfast included. Room is spacious and clean and AC works really well.

I felt extremely safe as a solo traveler. The vibe was very peaceful and relaxing. I loved the fact that my room was thirty steps from the beach. I would love to return to this spot.

You can't beat the location. Right on Rendezvous Beach. Loved having lounge chairs for the guest. Also a little restaurant/ bar right there. Just stayed the 1 night . The rooms are old and a bit tired. The toilet handle broke the very first use but was quickly fixed. The shower just had cool water not hot. The sheets would not stay on the bed so half the night I felt like we were sleeping on jut the mattress. There was a nice area for breakfast. Again you just can't beat the location and the view. It's a nice budget friendly resort on Anguilla.

Great House is truly a top notch resort!! Rooms are very nice, clean and the air conditioning is quite good. Food was wonderful at Coconuts Beach Bar (ask for Diana). Only critique is the wifi is kinda spotty. As for the beach, pure paradise!

Although the Room was clean and spacious, the sparse furnishings were very noticeable. There was neither shower curtain nor soap holder in the bathroom. Absent also was a box of face tissues. However, the room attendants were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We feel that the property needs some improvements especially the bedrooms.

I absolutely love staying here! It’s the perfect beach location—clean, comfortable, and just right for the two of us. The view is amazing, and the water is crystal clear and beautifully blue, making it such a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. The staff is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome—it really feels like a home away from home. Starting the morning with coffee, fresh fruit, and juice is a wonderful touch and the perfect way to begin the day by the beach. 🌅☕🍊

The beach was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. It was very convenient having a restaurant and bar on the property so we didn’t have to go out if we didn’t feel like it.

Sometimes the people make the place. Serena took a hiccup in our reservation and made it all work out in a way that made our stay even better. The units are basic in that it is your standard room with nothing fancy. However, you walk out the door to one of the most beautiful beaches with a small restaurant serving tasty food and drink. This is a great place to relax and enjoy at a reasonable price.

You come here for the beach and that's great. Things were clean but a little rundown. The food situation isn't great. The free continental breakfast is very bad, but you can order eggs or pancakes for a fee. The menu at the Old Caribe for dinner is very limited. There are almost no other restaurants or food stores within walking distance so you should budget for either a rental car or taxis. But it's an affordable way to get access to a truly great beach. The staff is kind and helpful.
