"Water pressure and drainage good, location good, fluffy white towels, clean shower curtain, comfortable bed, windows that open. Small frig worked. Didn’t use stove. Rooms seemed as clean as could be for the aged condition. Floors are gritty with cut up and mismatched linoleum. No tv in bedroom, water has iron, stains in the tub and sink and also stains your hair. No hair dryer, no breakfast. Room 4 is next to the mechanical room and you can hear noise all night. "Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle of wine we ordered but was very grateful we taught her. Also disappointed that they only clean the room every 3 days. When we requested fresh towels they left a bag of towels outside our room...

"Check in was easy, room was clean. Comfortable bed. Small fridge which was a plus. But the AC unit was loud. For breakfast, go earlier. Not many choices. One day omelet was very salty, it was impossible to eat. We didn't use pool or gym, but they both looked clean."

"I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance."

"The beach view was beautiful from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub worked and was comfortable. The breakfast bar was substantial. In our room floors were dirty and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Doors and floor boards needed to be touched up with paint. Could not see to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom because of poor lighting. Walls and floor in toilet room were dirty. Rooms were not soundproof!"
