Reno hotel guide. Best Western hotel in Reno, Nevada

"Room was clean. Nice bathroom amenities. The cleaning staff was super friendly and willing to give extra water and coffee upon request. The front desk is busy at times and the self check in kiosks are a little confusing. They have a pool, it looked nice and they include it in the resort fee, but it was way too cold to use that. The resort fee also covers valet parking, even though they still require a tip. IMHO, that should be a thing that should be asked about. Bowling and fun center right in the resort, gambling as well. They also have some places to eat, as well as a spa I guess (didn’t use it), and even has a tattoo parlor."

"Easy access"

"Everything was great, food, service, rooms, staff. The only thing frustrating was the elevators. We were on level 22 and sometimes it would go to 20 and reset and we would have to go down again. Other than that we loved it."

"Hard to get through to the front desk from my room. Waited for the shuttle for 45 mins. I called and was told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. No one said that I had a call the shuttle service to tell them to come pick me up until after my second phone call 30 minutes later. "

"The room I got had no microwave. The water in the shower didn’t get too hot. The beds were comfortable. Food options were a little less desirable."
