"Worst hotel stay ever. It took forever for the woman to check us in.No Wi-Fi. No heat in our room. Dirty room. Construction everywhere. No one would answer the phone at the front desk. I would never stay there again."

"We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to each other so that we would have to deal with it. Will not stay at the hotel ever. "

"We arrived and the desk help was friendly. We went to our room. Went totake a shower and could only get hot water....no cold. Went back to the front desk and they said "oh yeah I forgot about that in that room. They gave us a second room and the door lock would not work. After a third room we thought we were good. Nope shower pressure droped way off half way through. Only a small amount of toilet paper in the room, no facial tissues. Floors were filthy. There was literally no breakfast. Your choice, cereal or oatmeal. We will not be back."

"There was hair (not from a persons head) all over the floor, toilet and tub. We were given a rags and spray to clean it up ourselves as there was no staff to clean it. We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative. My husband had the door open to the milk fridge and she told him he needed to shut it. He stated that he would as soon as he was done and she proceeded to tell him that he is going to spoil the milk having the door open for under 20 seconds. No matter what he said, she came back with an argument. Extremely unprofessional. The rest of the staff were pleasant. "
