Hotel murah di Retreat

"Hotel is tired, booked and paid for car parking but none was available, staff had to move their cars. Should only book enough cars for the spots they have available "

"It is better for the hotel to display the Hotel's name in the entrance as we missed the entrance again and again, especially at night. The breakfast is good and there is a beautiful garden."

"Overall might have been a lovely stay but if you are handed the keys to room 6 turn around forget your money and go elsewhere. Directly on the main road, at the top of the stairs so you join in everyones conversations. Also directly above the noisy doo that enters the building. We had to make door jams with our pizza box to stop our door shaking eberytime the downstairs door opened."

"Very Central Location. Clean. Old and dated. Was allocated a basement room below street level in front of the hotel so noise from the street (cars/people walking by). On the first night was disturbed around midnight by noisy guests having loud conversations which continued for more than an hour. May not have been an issue if we were on the upper floors. "

"Pods themselves were nice and clean. Bathrooms were not super clean and the showers were only luke warm with poor pressure. Lockers were quite small too."

"good stay for the price. They work till late on many days - that was a plus so easy to check in. Lots of parking. Lots of places to eat at around the area and they give you a discount if you order food downstairs at their bar and give you a free drink voucher - was good. Overall the facilities were well maintained. I didnt hear any noises, no bad smell or anything like that. The only issue was that my window were looking at their A/Cs which would make some noise but was acceptable if the windows...

"I cannot understand the 4 stars rating on Expedia (it’s rather a 2*: converted house with a few rooms to rent). The cleanliness is inconsistent. The good: very clean bedsheets and towels, no smell. Low price. Parking included. The bad: ingrained dust in the bathroom ledge of tiles, sticky grime on power switches, fridge door, doors and night tables. Basically on everything people normally touch. The bathroom is small, with a minuscule sink. I would never recommend it to anyone."

"The hot plate hardly got too warm and was of no use for cooking. The cabin is aging and needs a little love. Nice and quiet. Overall a good stay."

"The hotel is very dated. The room I stayed in has 70s furniture and the ugliest headboard I’ve ever seen. The blanket had a musty smell to it. There are no elevators so if you’re on 2nd or 3rd floor you have to carry your heavy luggage up. Not very handicap friendly. The breakfast is overpriced. "

"A bed & breakfast with at least 9 rooms but only off street parking for 3 cars. On street parking limited to 2 hours in the day. Electric arrangements in the dining room meant that the only way to get the toaster to complete was to turn off the water heater. "
