"My daughter & I stayed 3 days. We needed towels one evening due to an accident. The front desk told us that she didn't have the key to the room with the towels & housekeeping was gone for the night. We never received fresh towels."

"Breakfast was good and fresh, the dryer don't even try I try to dry a little be of clothes and I put it twice and still wet and each time is $2 I told the front desk and she told me thata she knew that like she doesn't care."

"From the pics the hotel seemed pretry nice. Once I arrived staff was nice and accommodating. I flew in super late checked in around 4am with my child. I was awaken at 7ish am to a bed bug crawling on my SONS BACK!!! I was livid, I cried in anger and packed up immediately. They did resolve my issue as far as the refund but I had nowhere to go in a foreign city. I had to go through hoops to get to another hotel with a toddler stroller and luggage. I hope to God I dont bring anything home"
