Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to BYU Idaho and the Temple. Short distance to the city center and restaurants/shopping. The home is cozy with two bedrooms, full kitchen, tub/shower combo, and fully stocked. The host is super nice and she provided us with eggs and pancake mix to make breakfast. I highly recommend the home and will come again next time I visit Rexburg.

What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple.

This place is fabulous. It's super close to campus. The owner takes great care of it and really has a nice property that is great to stay out. Will definitely seek this out next time I visit Rexburg.

Excellent service! Quiet neighbors, well managed!

Walking distance to everything. Place was super clean! Manager was very accommodating. Outside of the place was a little bit rough. Don’t let that discourage you, the neighbors were all phenomenal, quiet and, the service we received was five stars! Once in the door, The place was beautiful on the inside! Plenty of space, very accommodating.

It was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the bed rooms one for the adults and one for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with supplies so we cook our breakfast. We are are definitely coming back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...NEVER AGAIN!

This was the worst experience of my life! I paid $267 on the site, when I got there the owner charged me ANOTHER $254! She said that $175 was a deposit for damages and then the rest was the cleaning FEE! Rules: If you have trash take it to dumpster behind the building, if you use dishes wash, dry put away, dirty towels in the bath when done. Previous tenant's trash still in the trash can, food left in the fridge, a blow up bed for accommodations for the 3rd person in the seating area! Air conditioner was LOUD, bathroom fan was LOUD, television did not come with instructions and was complicated, there is a huge step to get into the tub. They shot fireworks and played loud music until 12 AM! Every time someone passed by the front door the light flashes on the knob to let you know there could be an intruder, with them partying all night long, no way could you sleep on the airbed! This is not even a hotel like it is labeled and the extra charge on my card says AUTO! This is NOT an example of being fair in your dealings with fellow man...really sad.
