The entry foyer is not the most inviting. Once you have negotiated (luggage in hand) with a heavy entrance door..you have to head down stairs to the front desk. The team at the hotel were courteous and helpful. We got upgraded as well, which was nice. I loved the options for in room coffee and tea. We got a good recommendation for dinner and guidance on meeting points, other areas of interest. Breakfast was plentiful, with a few options though the space is a little tight..the hotel could easily take some lobby space to expand the restaurant.

This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay before boarding our cruise. We arrived early (10 am) and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready, and the gentleman at the desk even allowed us to have some of the leftover breakfast even though breakfast had just ended. We also got 2 complimentary drinks, which was a nice bonus. The location was great, we could hear a little noise from the first floor when we had windows open but not too bothersome. Super close to all the shops and the main attractions, and even a grocery store just around the corner. Would stay here again!

Love the design, excellent service too. The hallways could use sprucing up, but the rooms and public areas (lobby, restaurant, spa) are all really nice.

Property is nice enough and conveniently located but our room was mediocre and quite small. No outlets accessible from the bedstand was inconvenient. Room could use a coat of paint. Desk staff were friendly and helpful, also assisting with airport transport.
