"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm...
