Rhine Valley hotel guide. Melia hotel in Rhine Valley, Europe

Lovely place to stay, close to centre

We booked this as our plans changed last minute and it was the most wonderful surprise! It is a beautiful hotel, in the best location. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The only tiny downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working but that was minor and didn’t affect our stay!

Perfectly appointed hotel in a central, but quiet, location. I was very happy with the high quality of the building, our room, and its amenities. The hotel team is also exceptional - thank you for a lovely stay.

I enjoyed a perfect stay from check in to check out Super quiet and comfortable room Very friendly and smartly presented staff All hotel very clean and tidy

All the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Its a great location for both the old town and the river.

Ticked all the boxes. Convenient for rail station and eating. Pleasant welcome, nice room, all facilities, good breakfast, fefficient checkout. Perfect for an overnight stay Pleasant decor with eco touches

Great hotel in an excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Nice rooms, comfy bed and bathroom had a great shower. I would choose again.

Very good rooms, clean and what I expected. We were a family of 4, split over 2 rooms. Good beds. Good sleep and central location. Haribo shop, Lego store and Dunkin Donuts all next door! Unfortunately the car did not fit into their parking because of the 2m height restriction (we had a roof box for holiday purposes).

Great hotel! Wish I had stayed a little longer- had to leave at 4am for flight. Complementary shuttle was huge bonus.

A truly impressive 5***** Hotel in a small town called Bensberg, about 30 min from Cologne by Tram, (Tram Station) approximately a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. Our recent stay at the Altoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg was more than satisfying. Brilliant friendly English speaking staff, always with a professional attitude and accommodate your every requirement. Fantastic large luxurious rooms. This is surely a Grandhotel making your stay a truly unique experience.

Beautifully curated rooms and communal areas. Really friendly and interesting staff. Great tapas restaurant also. Great value for money

Keep up the good work

We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants. Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine.

Functional but very comfortable hotel just outside Strasbourg city centre - easy to reach the centre by tram (10 mins) or 25 minute walk. Worked perfectly for our last night in Alsace

Lovely spa - pool, steam room, sauna. Beautifully decorated, great location
