Front desk staff was great as was the location, but the hallways and room were shabby with scuff marks, chipped paint, damaged walls from where a mirror used to be, peeling wallpaper, stained carpet etc

Holiday Inn South Kingstown (Newport Area) by IHG
Newly renovated rooms as hotel is currently under refurbishment. Very clean room as it was brand new. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Great stay.

Island House Newport
Wonderful new property with beautiful rooms. It was a little bit loud in the room above us for more than half the night so maybe a little bit better insulation would’ve been good, it sounded like they were doing tap dancing and moving furniture all night.

The Underwood-Hale House
Very clean, well-lit and well furnished. Proximity to Brown’s campus is a huge bonus.
