The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. On arrival, I had an allergy meeting booked with a food and beverage manager, Jessica, who talked me through my options both within the buffet main restaurant and the a la carte specialist restaurants. Andreas within the main restaurant was a superstar, each day would approach me and ask what I fancied and he went away and ensured it was freshly made from the chefs to ensure no cross contamination from the other food available to guests. My sole visit to the a la carte restaurant at Kuzina was once again a very comfortable experience with my allergy, our server ensured I had my own portions of food which was suitable for me and served the regular menu to my wife. At no point was my allergy an inconvenience to anybody at the hotel, it was an extremely comfortable experience dining here. It's also a very family friendly hotel, with kids activities and play groups available for different ages.

Fantastic hotel area and scenery, great service and personell, good food and a great assortment of drinks. Nice with free minibar aswell with softdrinks, beer, wine, water and chips. There are a lot of activities to choose from, such as archery which was great fun.

A great stay

A great all inclusive experience. Room virtually on the beach. Pools all very clean and excellent service at pool bars. Restaurant buffet food good quality and lots of choice our only qualm would be the lack of availability in the speciality restaurants unless you plan ahead - we didn't eat at a speciality restaurant. Excellent service in buffet. Front house reception staff always very helpful.

Excellent Hotel

We visited Atlantica with a party of 20 as we were getting married in Rhodes. I cannot fault thr hotel at all. The staff are very attentive and nothing was too much for them. There is a huge variety of food. Even within the buffet restaurant we felt like there was a good selection amd we didn't feel like we were eating the same thing every day. The cooking stations were great. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Uma ótimo experiência!

Fomos passar a lua de mel no Atlantica Dreams, e amamos cada momento! O quarto era lindo, com privacidade e uma vista parcial do mar, o que gostamos muito. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito atenciosos e a equipe de Guest Relations cuidou muito bem da gente. Gostamos bastante do buffet, os restaurantes e os bares. Passamos nossos dias aproveitando a praia, os bares e as comidas. Em um dos dias, pegamos uma "cabana" particular, que foi top, e foi cortesia por ser nossa lua de mel. Também aproveitamos para conhecer a ilha de Symi e as cidades de Lindos e Rhodes através dos passeios oferecidos pelo parceiro do hotel.

Overall excellent facilities and staff. My only observation is that the reception area was very chaotic with a lot of kids running around which can be a little overwhelming. It might be an idea to relocate the pods which seemed to be their main attraction. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

staff friendliness and service was great. Food in the buffet restaurant was better than the al a carte locations. The bed for our son was not great and also the gym should open earlier to allow guests to exercise before breakfast. The pool organization was also good not allowing people to reserve sunbeds early morning

Expedia doesn’t disclose very vital information about this resort such as limited access to a la carte as well as limited access to kids club facilities. Expedia also doesn’t disclose that it is a holiday provider managed property! The staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything within their power to make sure we had a good stay. Whilst the resort itself was not for us (thanks to Expedia misinformation) and so we had greater expectations - I am sure that had we known what to expect, it would have been a much more pleasant experience.

Our stay in the Atlantica Dreams Resort in Rhodes was amazing. The booked suite was exactly what we expected - the location, the view and the beach were amazing. We were also very positively surprised about the quality of the food, not only in the a la carte restaurants but also in the main one with a buffet. We had bad experiences around the food in comparable resorts in the past, but this time we were more than satisfied. On top of everything, we felt very well treated by the guest management team - especially George was always taking care that everything is working perfectly so we can completely enjoy our stay - we absolutely did. Las but not leat, we are certainly coming back!

Amazing resort: pristine beach, modern super clean room with private access to the semi private pool, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, variety of quality, delicious food with lots of fruit, vegetables and cheeses. It is a pebble beach that makes the water crystal clear so take special water shoes if you do not like to walk on pebbles. I wore shoes but my husband liked pebbles and got his feet massaged. Ich war hier mit meinem Freund (Mitte April) und hatte zweifel wegen dem Wetter, doch es war wunderbar. Wir hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht haben aber ein Upgrade bekommen… es war traumhaft, ein Zimmer mit Swimup nach aussen. Der Pool war eine angenehme Abkühlung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Zimmer immer komplett gereinigt worden, Buffet gross und lecker. Rezeption 24/7 besetzt alles perfekt. Doch wenn man ein Zimmer gegen innen hat, hat man sehr wenig Privatsphäre, jeder sieht auf deinen Balkon/ Terasse…und das Hotel ist relativ abseits, gibt aber Busverbindungen…

Stayed here for 10 days recently. Great in general so would highly recommend. We had some minor issues which George in guest relations sorted going above and beyond. Some feedback for the hotel: We arrived late on Saturday night with our toddler and going for the buffet at 11pm wasn’t feasible. The sandwiches in the room were a nice touch but all were meat which my partner couldn’t have. The tiles around the swim up pool are super slippy when wet, the other tiles are ok!

If you're looking for the perfect getaway in Greece, I can't recommend Atlantica Dreams Resort enough. Our stay was flawless, and a huge part of that was thanks to George, the incredible client relation manager. George went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. For instance, I had an important delivery that was delayed, and George made sure it arrived at the hotel just in time, which really took the stress out of our vacation. What truly set this experience apart was the level of care and attention to detail. We felt like everything we needed was promptly taken care of, which made our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable. It might seem like a small thing, but knowing that someone genuinely cared about our experience made all the difference. Our daughter, who has celiac disease, was treated with special care. The staff ensured that she had safe and delicious meals at every restaurant, which was a huge relief for us as parents. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms were immaculate, and we were even upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which was a fantastic surprise. If you're considering a stay at Atlantica Dreams Resort, go for it—you won't be disappointed!

Family holiday gluten free

We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back
