Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are noisy as you can literally hear conversations, particularly if people are on their balcony. They compete with music from local restaurant which stops before midnight. Bring ear plugs or maybe hotel should supply! However I question it being 4* - no robes to use. Finally found slippers. No tissues, haircomb or hair conditioner. Shower good but small. Breakfast basic - the ingredients seem poor quality. I asked for an omelette but no, not available. Fried sausages, fried & boiled eggs, fried bacon & chips. Heart attack food. Just sliced white bread - no artisan breads. Some pastries baked off from frozen and who eats cooked carrots for breakfast! Dining staff could be friendlier. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to the right of the hotel. Location ok ish.

It was okay. Not worth the money I paid though. If you want a hotel out of the busy main strip the location is good. The amenities weren’t the best though and it wasn’t the cleanest.

The facility is very close to the beach area which is less than 5 minutes walk. The stuff is very nice and helpful. They helped to talk to the local rental car people and also helped to book the taxi for me. The room I had first had AC issue. The stuff changed me to another one. The room I changed was one the busy street side which the noise from the passing traffic was laud to disturb my sleep. The next day when I told the stuff, he changed me to another room on the other side of the facility which I didn’t have any sleep disturbing issues anymore. So I stayed 3 nights in the facility and changed room twice. Thanks for the nice and very helpful stuff caring about the guest’s needs. I will recommend this facility to my friends.

Lovely hotel but my only issues were firstly, after you have used the tea, coffee and milk sachets by the kettle, they do not get replenished. There’s only enough for a white coffee each and a black tea each. When I asked for more after they were not refilled, I was told it’s not their policy to refill. Secondly, on arrival, we were told we’d been upgraded but when we got to our room, it was the room we booked (jacuzzi on balcony room). We were a little gutted as not sure why we were told we’d been upgraded when we hadn’t. We did ask if we could be upgraded from room 154 to 156 as that room is bigger and three members of staff discussed in Greek in front of us our request. This seemed unprofessional and the outcome was no as the room was reserved but given they chatted for approx 3 minutes and given we didn’t see anyone use the room, we were basically fobbed off. If we weren’t told we’d had been upgraded, we wouldn’t have had a problem but it was a false thing to say and they could have let us move to the bigger room with no one being in it. Other than those two points, the cleaner was fabulous and the lady with dark hair in reception very helpful. I would recommend to others.

Absolute disgrace was not what was shown on pictures at all room is terrible We arrived at hotel late last night from the airport to no parking which stated it had then we had to walk 10 minutes with two children and luggage to another place where our room was as we were told this is where our room was and it was not in hotel shown on picture very disappointing will not be using Expedia again as this was false advertising at its best

Otele giriş yapmak için gittiğimizde bize bu binada değil daha ucuza sattığımız binada konaklayacaksınız denildi, oysaki satın alırken bununla ilgili hiçbir bilgi içermiyordu.Otel binasına 300- 400 metre uzaklıkta ara sokakta lobisinde böcekler ölmüş bir binaya götürdüler bizde burada kalamayacağımızı söyledik ayrıca kahvaltı içinde diğer binaya gelmemiz gerekiyormuş!! Ana binada kalmak için oda başı 30 euro ödememiz istendi bizde çocuklar olduğu için mecbur kabul ettik ama durumdan memnun olmadığımızı acentamıza bildireceğimizi söyledik.bizi çocuklarla oradan oraya yağmurlu havada koşturduktan sonra ödediğimiz parayı anlamsızca iade ettiler.Odalar sivrisinek dolu çocukları sinekler yedi!! Yatağımın içinden paket lastiği çıktı, ertesi gün çöpleri bile almadılar, kahvaltı iade eder.
