We had an unforgettable 2nd Anniversary at Ella Elissa. Our wedding anniversary getaway was perfect. The resort is clean, neat, and modern, but the outstanding service made it truly special. The staff upgraded us with a nice room, with ocean view! Thank you!! The Asian team staffs were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. The chefs at buffet section were so sweet, serving up delicious meals, as well as the a la carte dining option were exceptional. Highly recommended for a flawless romantic celebration!

Lovely resort, feels very premium. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the whole place is very clean. However, there were 3 areas the hotel was a bit of a let down. 1. There are many smaller pools with accomodation around them, this is really nice. Rooms immediately on the pool have their own sunbed, then there are additional sunbeds for general use around the rest of the pool. The problem is that if people staying in the rooms with their own sunbeds decide to use the general sunbeds the number of sunbeds for people not staying immediately at the pool are greatly reduced which is a bit frustrating. 2. The all inclusive buffet was very disappointing. The actual food itself was generally good quality however the problem was it was not replenished frequently enough, often they would remove a tray from the buffet and not replace it for at least 15 mins. Food was regularly running out which again was very frustrating and not an issue I have experienced at other all inclusive buffets before. 3. They offer all in lusive room service which is an absolutely fantastic idea. However, the execution was terrible. We ordered a burger, focaccia and sandwich at lunch time and the burger and chips arrived cold. I would definitely return to this hotel despite these areas that could be improved. We visited early in the season so I would imagine some of the food issues would not exist during high season.

A relaxing stay, room was clean and comfortable. It can be noisy but overall pretty quiet (we went there off-season). Restaurants are good if you don't want to bother going out of the resort. Spa is decent although quite small. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is handy with easy reach to Rhodes town but also to the south of the island.

This place was exceptional, it boasts of 5 star luxury and it was absolutely right! Stunning pools with outstanding views. The staff were unbelievable running hand and foot. Highly highly recommend this place, paradise and 18 mins from the old town, 10 mins from Anthony Quinn bay. Exceptional!!!
