The service from Mannolis in Emerald and Fresh was incredible. He really took such great care of us throughout our trip. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Mini Golf was lots of fun too!

Our stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing overall. We felt that almost everything came with an extra charge — even using the luggage scale, which was frustrating. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Whenever we had a question or needed help, they often spoke among themselves in Greek, which made us feel uncomfortable and excluded. There also weren’t many activities available at the resort, which made the experience rather dull compared to what we expected. However, I do want to highlight the housekeeping team — they were absolutely lovely. Always polite, cheerful and helpful, they really stood out and made our stay a bit more pleasant. Unfortunately, aside from the housekeeping service, the overall experience didn’t live up to our expectations.

I got to see the renovated room and its a huge difference, so if choosing to stay make sure to ask for a renovated room. The current rooms are dated. The hotel is rated 5 star but its operated as a 3/4 star. Charging extra for Ketchup when ordering french fries, charging for the use of the sauna unless you're a platinum member leaves a bad taste. Also if you're booking through Hotels.com you cant become a platinum member. Also as part of the VIP gold status we should receive a room upgrade if available and yet our friends who booked directly with the hotel the same room type got the bigger renovated room

Another Fantastic Stay at the Elysium

From check in to check out the customer service provided was outstanding. This is our third visit to Elysium and each time it has been a true pleasure. Our upgraded room was amazing. Simply beautiful. Our room impeccably clean. Breakfast is very good, lunches around the pool or at Fresh Restaurant were excellent. The resort is so enjoyable, staff are hard working and we will return.

This was our second time staying at the Elysium resort and it continues to exceed our expectations. Every staff member we encountered from the receptionists to the cleaning staff were welcoming, friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was outstanding, rooms were clean, property was well maintained and the beach and pool were a great place to relax and enjoy the holidays. I especially want to call out the exceptional crew at Alymara Beach Club during the day. Every time we had lunch or a drink it was like catching up with old friends. They were genuine and made us feel like we were part of their family and provided great recommendations. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Rhodes

Contrasting Experiences: A Review of Elysium Resor

My stay at the Elysium Resort & Spa Rodos Hotel had mixed experiences, overshadowed by disappointments. The hotel's prime seaside location and courteous staff stood out amidst the lackluster stay. The culinary offerings were uninspired, lacking flavor, and overpriced. The hotel's restrictive policy disallowing outside food, especially after 23:00, added frustration. Room discomfort was evident, with a bathroom window invading privacy and harsh lighting inconveniencing guests. Insufficient amenities, malfunctioning jacuzzi, uncomfortable mattresses, and non-functional lights further disappointed. Soundproofing was lacking, allowing neighboring noises to disrupt comfort. Closely built balconies compromised privacy, with conversations and smoke seeping into rooms. The slow Wi-Fi and poor elevator service were additional drawbacks. Exploring nearby attractions proved challenging due to the hotel's distant location, unreliable bus services, and steep car rental prices. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's politeness and professionalism were commendable. The hotel's picturesque sea view and serene beachfront provided moments of solace. In conclusion, the Elysium Resort & Spa Rodos Hotel needs significant improvements in dining, room amenities, soundproofing, and accessibility to nearby attractions. This review serves as constructive feedback to enhance the guest experience.

Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

It was almost perfect. Just the price for the evening buffet (adult 40€, 11 year old kid 27(!!!)€ is much to high. The hotel staff should collect towels from sunbed blockers.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Hotel überzeugt mit herzlichem Service, makelloser Sauberkeit und einer Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet – frisch, vielfältig und liebevoll angerichtet. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Wir bedanken uns für den großartigen Aufenthalt!
