Room, staff, service and grounds were lovely. The only thing missing was a nice beach and dining options nearby. Parking availability was also difficult if returning late in evening. We really enjoyed our stay at Kresten Palace and would return again.

A lovely hotel with great buffet breakfast each day. Facilities were super with a great pool and access to a beach. Good location very central to Rhodes town and Faliraki.

We stayed for five nights. The hotel is nice overall. We were upset that there were no disposable slippers. The same things always come out at breakfast, but they are delicious. Many comments were made. I can not say it was a bad hotel; it was nice.

The bus stops right outside the hotel were useful for getting to and from Rodos cheaply rather than relying on taxis. Also theres a taxi rank right over the road should you need it. Theres also supermarkets/ tavernas/ pharmacies in a walkable distance away should you need then. Staff were really helpful and welcoming, room was clean but could have done with a few more toiletries in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was a godsend for storing water!

The staff in the hotel was nice, however we had so many issues at the property. Air conditioner in our room didn’t seemed to work, we had very poor nights as it was hot in our room. When we showered, the whole restroom flooded. We called three times and they did send a maintenance person but the issue was never fixed. We finished our showers stepping into a pool of water each time. ( and bring your own shampoo, they dont provide shampoo or conditioner, buy they have a mini market to buy). Overall nice people and customer service from employees. Property unfortunately needs some work.

Great location just not very clean

The location was very good, beautiful sea view from room. Great pool and pool area to relax. The room was spacious and comfortable however it was not clean. The room had not been cleaned properly with rubbish still in room from previous guests and cigarrete butts left on the patio in ash tray and stuck in the wall between bricks. We asked reception for room to be cleaned and butts removed from patio. The room was cleaned but the cigarette ends remained for the duration of our stay.

Beautiful property. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch by the pool was delicious too. Good cocktails at reception bar and pool bar. Bus stop out front of hotel made it easy to go to Rhodes Town inexpensively and quickly. I would gladly stay here again.

Great service, Staff was the best part. Had an alright room but had an ant problem over our week, but it wasnt too bad and im sure its not the same everywhere, Really nice views, Good breakfast, Super nice main building, nice bar etc. Great transportation with taxi and bus stop within 50M, the beach is the only thing we were dissapointed with. 4/5 would come back

The resort it beautiful, Unfortunately the breakfast is bad both in terms of choice and quality. Lunch and dinner is better, this morning before we left there was a lady filling 7 used water bottles from the water machine in the buffet and touching the tips of the machine with her bottles staff saw her doing this and nothing was said. So unhygienic.

Such a shame that hotel lets itself down with reception and dining staff who are cold and unhelpful, rude too. Free WiFi in the hotel but charged per device if you want it in your room. You have to pay for the safe too. Breakfast was nice. Great entertainment crew and enjoyed the pool vibe. Few nice restaurants nearby on foot otherwise getting a taxi or buses into town is tricky - buses are full and taxis don’t stop so be prepared to wait a while. Won’t be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly.

Rhodes stay

We have chosen probably the best room on offer, swim-up with access to a private swimming pool and room was all right and comfortable, however swimming pool was freezing, they don’t heat up the water. Breakfast was included, but it was very mean, food of average quality, awful coffee and oversweeted juices from a concentrate. Instead of eggs/ommelette station they had a “mountains” of prepared omelette which is more like 3 stars hotel and they advert them as 4 stars. Dinner - buffet style with average and oily food, less tasteful than you would expect at 4 stars hotel. At the checkout I was offered to pay part of someone l’s else bill which was charged to the room 3 days before I checked in, disgraceful and unforgivable, I did not receive even sorry.

We stayed at this hotel in April. I was not expecting the room to be so COLD. There were no blankets in the room. The first night, I was so tired from the journey, I didn't want to go all the way to the front desk to request a blanket and I couldn't figure out how to call the front desk from the phone in the room. I slept with my jacket on and a towel over me, shivering the whole time. The next day I asked at the front desk for a blanket and they said they would leave one in the room. Well, they left a tiny, sad-looking blanket that looked like it was maybe 40 years old and barely covered one person, let alone two. Internet is available for free in the lobby but you have to pay if you want to use it in your room. I like that there is a tiny gym area. The pools were beautiful, but it was too cold to really enjoy them. Beautiful little beach area you can walk down to from the hotel. My daughter liked the kids' club. Overall though, not my preferred type of hotel at all, and I wasn't super impressed with the service (mostly the blanket issue, and I overheard a few other people also saying that the rooms were cold and asking staff for blankets). The restaurant was overpriced and there did not seem to be any consistent pricing system for kids. One night I was charged a full adult price for my kindergartener and another night she ate for free. Make it make sense.

Belle hôtel mais qui mérite un rafraîchissement car décor et matériaux un peu vieillot. Clim ancienne et placée de manière non optimale. Propreté de la piscine à revoir (du fait que beaucoup de vacanciers ne se douchent pas avant de rentrer dans la piscine, présence de sable, etc.) Par contre, le personnel a été parfait de la femme de ménage, à la réception en passant par le personnel du restaurant. L’équipe d’animateurs été exceptionnel ! Un grand merci à eux pour avoir rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable.

Kjekt hotell med bra fasiliteter

Fint hotell med kjekt familierom. God plass, stor terrasse og tilgang til «eget» basseng. Dessverre ingen Wifi-dekning på rommet eller på terrassen. Frokost og middag inkludert i overnattingen. Bra utvalg på frokost, selv om rundstykkene med fordel kunne vært ferskere. Kunne gjerne hatt pannekaker som er ganske vanlig på slike buffeer. Bra middagstilbud. Litt lite variasjon på maten, spesielt de dagene det var temadager. Kunne med fordel hatt flere temafester disse dagene. Helt OK snack-bar med variert meny. Pasta og fries var spesielt gode. Pizzaene litt triste. Drikke kan med fordel inkluderes i måltidene og ikke måtte bestilles separat utenom. Mat og restauranter et stykke bak tilsvarende hoteller i f.eks Tyrkia. Treningssenter/rom kunne hatt bedre ventilering/temperatur og en del mer utstyr. Mye aktiviteter for store og små i regi av aktivisørene. Enkelte poenger/uttalelser på Comedy Night som i Skandinavia plasseres over streken for hva som omtales som rasistisk. Det var litt spesielt.

Anlage war toll , Zimmer prima mit eigenem Poolzugang, das Frühstück leider mit das schlechteste was ich jemals hatte , der Service an der Rezeption war 1a

Fantastiskt!

Helt underbart hotell. Oftast brukar bilderna vara gamla eller tillfixade, men inte i detta fallet. Istället var verkligheten bättre än bilderna. Vi fick fantastisk hjälp från all personal. Poolområdet var mysigt. Restaurangerna bra och miljön underbar. Det var också nära till allt med både buss och bil.
