Ottima struttura al centro di Rodi, la old town si raggiunge con una camminata a piedi, ottima la pulizia sia delle aree comuni che della camera, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, non ci è piaciuta la piscina troppo vicino alla strada, e la notte è un po’ rumorosa vicina ai disco-pub della zona. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno, consigliato!!

I had a great experience at the hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was very modern and clean (in fact, the whole property was spotless) and they followed my request to be put in a room with sea view, which gave me the best morning views when I woke up. Also worth mentioning the hotel was a stone's throw away from the quieter side of the beach which was ideal for me. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

The room was lovely and clean and the view of the sea fantastic. It is a shame that the buildings infront are rather run down but if you don’t sit right to the front of the balcony they are obscured. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it.

This was my third year in a row staying at the Alexia and it has always worked perfectly and is an excellent base of operations for seeing the new and the old fortified city. Many fine and interesting restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The huge buffet breakfast is always nice and a good way to start another pretty day in Rhodes.

This hotel is perfect for a short holiday break. We stayed 1 week and it was fine. Clean, nice room and bathroom, kind staff and perfect breakfast. The buildings around the hotel are terrible. The seaview is affected by buidlings in poor condition and empty.

Hotel staff were very helpful. The room was nice and bathroom clean. Unfortunately our balcony never received any sun due to another hotel being very close behind. There is a building site across the road which starts work early every morning, this was loud, dusty and dirty.

This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at over the many trips to Rhodes. The room was very nice and had balcony and there was an excellent big buffet breakfast. I was not troubled with noise which is mentioned in other reviews. The location was perfect for walking to the old Crusader era fortified city.

Great location lovely hotel staff were great rooms comfortable and spotless 2 things that stopped me from giving it 5 stars : Rooms need to be better soundproofed as it’s close to a strip and VERY noisy on an evening And secondly the gym wasn’t open in a weekend in the hotel

+ staff was friendly and tried to accommodate immediately + nice beach / sea view - location right next to the party street on one site and large construction on the other - means lot of noise day and night, almost 24/7. - room not really equipped as requested for a 4* hotel - quite hard beds, we had to change rooms and request a topper - parking situation in the front, no guaranteed parking spots for hotel guests

I paid extra for a suite expecting a quieter, more premium experience, but unfortunately this was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve stayed in. My suite was on the ground floor with a terrace overlooks a construction site one side and a strip club the other, with construction noise throughout the day. The private terrace and plunge pool were also in such a windy spot that they were unfortunately unusable for most of my stay. The main swimming pool was literally right next to the road with the construction site opposite. Noise was the biggest issue. The hotel is next to the a party street, so there are people shouting and screaming in the early hours. Inside the hotel, noise carries from reception into the corridor as there is no door to separate, in addition my room was opposite an office, meaning I regularly heard phones ringing and doors slamming. Housekeeping staff were also shouting down the corridors from around 7am each morning. On the positive side, the location is good, just a couple of minutes from the beach, surrounded by good restaurants, and within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and New Town. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary minibar drinks were a nice touch, and housekeeping did do a great job keeping the room clean. Overall, the lack of peace and quiet seriously affected my stay and my sleep. I was very glad I packed earplugs, but even with them I struggled to get a decent night’s rest.

Süper bi tatildi

5 gece konakladık. Otelin konumu rodosta old townda vakit geçirecekler için çok iyi. Deniz manzaralı odalar çok güzel. Yatağı beğenmedim bir tarafı çökmüştü diğer bir eksi de otelin otoparkı çok kısıtlı ve yan taraftaki barlar sokağı gibi olan yere gelen insanlar otoparkı işgal ediyor. Otel yönetimi buna önlem alamamış ama genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık. Hoşgeldin içeceği ve odaya şampanya ikramı da çok nazikti. Tekrar rodosa gelirsem yine bu oteli tercih ederim

Our stay at this hotel was completely ruined by the shocking customer service we received. After housekeeping entered our room, a valuable necklace we had safely stored in a hidden bag disappeared. I’ll let readers draw their own conclusions. When we reported it, we were repeatedly interrupted, talked over, laughed at and smirked at by reception. Instead of showing empathy, they made us feel like we were the problem. We were given conflicting instructions throughout: first they said they would call the police, then changed their minds when I agreed, insisted on speaking to the manager, told us to search the room again, and eventually sent us to the police station ourselves. I also asked for the receptionists’ names and, as I tried to note them down, they covered their name badges, which only added to my concerns. After completing the police report, I asked to speak to the general manager in reception so the conversation could take place professionally, given our experience with the reception staff. Instead, I was told it had to take place in her office behind a closed door, where she repeatedly talked over us and even said she was proud of how her staff had handled the situation. If this is the standard of customer service expected by management, it’s no surprise the reception staff behaved the way they did. She also claimed there were no negative reviews about customer service, yet it took me less than two minutes to find several describing very similar experiences.
