WARNING ! risk for Eathquake, cracks at columns!

WARNING ! I found this place not safe. The region is an EARTHQUAKE Zone. Even though the cosmetic facelift the building has severe Corrosion cracks at Load bearing columns. Detailed photos will be published. There is nothing related to luxury at this place a simple budget location. A Boss managed property making minor calculations and a nice old lady at front line has nothing to decide. We are making an official request for a test if the property is strong enough to bear an Earthquake? At least the people sign under will have the responsibility incase of a disaster. There are plenty of sad stories, We are making the proper warning in advance not to have another!

Not coming back

The noise from the street behind the hotel was unbearable. The music was so loud that you could feel the sounds vibrations on the bed until 04:00 . The owner added two series of windows but yet the sound was awful. Cleaning could have been better. Some towels were dirty with make up from previous owners. You could see that they were washed but not clean. The bath had sand in the corners and the water was all over the bathroom when you showered. The door was partially cracked and you had to pull really hard to close. Generally the whole building seems quite new but it is not taken well care off.

Staff very friendly and helpful, spectacular view from balcony. Close to many restaurants and bars as well as the beach but, as the apartment isn't soundproofed, this also means it can be quite noisy.

Had a wonderful stay here with my wife & 19yr old daughter. The rooms are nicely laid out with enough space for all as well as being clean and comfortable, a welcoming bottle of wine & bottled water was a nice touch as were the bath robes & slippers. The location is ideal as you are literally on the beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars & the old town. There's some noise from the surrounding bars etc. at night but given the location that is to be expected. I would have no hesitation in booking another stay at Sunrise Luxury Apartments.

Tolle Aussicht! Restaurants, Supermarkets und Stand in der Nähe. Der Altstadt von Rhodos ist nur 8-10min Gehminute entfernt. Die Strasse ist aber eher laut! Badezimmer brauchen ein kleines refreshing!

The Sunrise Luxury apartments has a fantastic location right on the seashore. It gives you the vibes of being on a cruise and the sea waves which were quite rough during our stay provide the background. Its a spacious apartment which can easily accommodate 3-4 persons. Location is 10 minutes walk from where all the restaurants are located and also 10 minutes from Medieval City which is a prime tourist attraction We fell in love with Rhodes during our stay especially the hospitality and culture On the flip side, if you have a car, parking is an issue. If this is the situation in March when Rhodes was virtually empty of tourists, I cannot imagine how it would be in peak season In the apartment, the kitchen amenities are very basic and can definitely be cleaned better

Overall very good but waves kept me awake

* easy booking, confirmation and subsequent communication * on arrival check in via internet which was fine but had to go outside to get connection, friendly welcome *The apartment was very clean upon arrival and they were taking the impact of covid very seriously * washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel, toilet rolls etc all available, evem hand sanitiser which was perfect for an apartment to keep some self suffiency * sea view from both lounge area and bedroom * location was nice for sea but walked to the east side every day as that is where most of the activity is, better beach - saying that though only about 10-15 min walks and find bars and restaurants en-route which would not had seem if stayed on east side The only downside is that as quite a light sleeper i didn’t get any good nights sleep as the sea is stronger on the west side and the waves was a constant sound that was not the wave sound you’d hear on Alexa or in a meditation room for example Overall though a nice place to stay

Rhodes les pieds dans l'eau !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour à Rhodes et au Sunrise Appart. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied. L'appartement est grand, très confortable et avec du mobilier neuf. Nous avons apprécié le balcon avec la vue sur mer !!! Merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme !!! Seul point négatif : le bruit de la circulation de la route qui passe devant l'immeuble.

Todella siisti ja hyvä huoneistohotelli. Hyvä sijainti ja kaksi parveketta eri suuntiin antaa mahdollisuuden istua auringossa tai varjossa, sekä näköalaa merelle. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Baarikatu on hotellin takana ja musiikki kuuluu melko voimakkaasti ainakin sen puolen makuuhuoneeseen, mutta äänieristetty ovi vaimentaa äänet toiseen huoneeseen. Kokonaisuutena mahtava paikka lomailla, tulen varmasti uudelleen.

Great value for money, everything looks new and the staff was super nice. They also let us stay until 18:00 PM at the check out day because we had a late flight and the room was not booked to anyone. Great for friends trips that needs a clean and comfort place to stay in. 15 min walk from the old city, 10 min walk from the shopping area and a short taxi drive to great beach spots.

Hotellet var bra samt service från personal det jobbiga var att hotellet är precis vid bargatan vilket gjorde det svårt och sova då man hörde allt från bargatan om man bor på den sidan av hotellet.
