"The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Our room was recently renovated as were all the rooms I believe. The breakfast was good and included fresh croissants. The parking spots were nice and wide and well lit. Overall we had a great experience and would book there again. "

"Casa Oficios was well located in Tomar. We had a car but were able to unload at the front then we used the secure parking facility the hotel had an arrangement with at 6€ per day. It was close by and convenient. The staff were very helpful telling us where to take the car, suggesting excellent restaurant and other information. Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and a good size. We appreciated the daily bottle of water provided. The hotel has a lounge area on the first floor where there is an honesty bar and places to relax. Breakfast was very good with breads, cake, cold cuts, cereal. Juices, fruit and eggs. We would stay at this hotel if we’re were in Tomar again. We liked the little extras they provided and helped us with when we asked. "

"The hotel sustained some damage during the January 2026 storms. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast had extensive options, everything was fresh and in abundance. Parking was very convenient. Location was close to attractions, and many restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again if I was in this area."

"The young ladies at check in were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is on a very busy tight street with no place to stop near the entrance for luggage drop off. And there is no parking. Town parking lots available (5-7 minute walk away)after supper but before that difficult to find parking. We booked the castle view room and seemed clean enough at first glance but very basic. I first noticed the ants while in the bathroom. We had our luggage up on a stand but open, the next morning our suitcases were crawling with ants. Bed was not comfortable."

"Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Very central, but extremely quiet. Parking right outside the hotel front door is a plus, and accomodates all sizes of cars. Excellent breakfast, and the automated coffee machine has decaf selections, too! The hotel is literally surrounded by the river, and there are senches to enjoy peaceful time outside. The staff is excellent and helps make tge stay exceptional. Would stay here again."

"Fantastic location, very nice staff and very helpful even when the roof damaged in the storm caused leaks in some of the hallways."

"The shower in my room was very tiny and there is no way of avoiding getting the bathroom floor wet. Probably why there's a drain in the bathroom floor. The night stand, shelves and suitcase stands look like someone built them from plain wood and put them in the room. No "real" furniture except for the very low beds. It'll do if you just need a place to sleep. However the complimentary breakfast was nice enough and they didn't throw you out before you were done eating. Staff were friendly and helpful. I suggest booking through Hotels.com for a better rate. The walk in rate is much more expensive which was unfortunate since we wanted to extend our stay. There is heat and a/c in the rooms. "
