"The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment, the pictures look lovely but the reality is a very different story. We found glass on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. The taps were hanging off, toilet roll holder has come off the wall and just been put in a drawer. Mould in the drawer where the bed linens are stored. Many spiders and webs about. We also had to make the beds ourselves, there weren’t enough pillow cases for the pillows. There were no instructions given to us about...

From the apartment being dirty like disgusting to someone entering our apartment at 12 and the police being called. We ended up with no refund and no sleep so I wouldn’t stay here if I was you. "
