"Inn was quaint, check in was great. Breakfast was amazing. Area was interesting with the US Coast Guard across the street. Brew pub and nice restaurant just down the street. Beautiful view of the Columbia River."

"The place was very sus. Some guy was trying to break in his room next to me. He said his key wasn’t working again. The following night I got in late and my key was down. There is no staff after 9 pm. Dogs and babies barking majority of the night, and horns honking in the morning. Not satisfied with this property at all. Book at woodspring suits for a more affordable restful and enjoyable stay. "

"Nice stay. After staying at a similar property nearby, I prefer this Hotel. Slightly newer/updated than other nearby hotel. "

"We had a nice stay there. The parking was good, the rooms were clean and the people were friendly. The only reasons I didn't give it five stars were 1) they need to replace those little toilets that make you feel like you're falling when you sit down, and 2) The breakfast was good but they didn't offer as much as most places and they needed more seating."

"The breakfast was fabulous, the staff did a great job ensuring the trays were full throughout the whole breakfast window. Every staff interaction was pleasant, they always had smiles on their faces and were kind even to my kids. The AC was wonderful and kept the room the temp we wanted. The pool was fabulous! "

"The room and service was outstanding! The food options were really great and room service dining hit all the marks! We should’ve looked closer at the pool as it is not an indoor pool. It is half outdoor and unheated so the kids were a little disappointed in that area but other than that, I highly recommend staying again"

"No complaints from our weekend stay, the staff was beyond friendly, accommodating and cheerful. Breakfast was fresh and consistently being restocked and cleaned up, perfect location to hop on the riverfront trail and enjoy a walk or even walk to some near by restaurants. This will definitely be our go to hotel to stay at anytime we’re in Richland for sports. "
