"The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast. They have a nice sign in the room asking for the hot tub to be used 7am until 11pm to not disturb the room next door. My neighbor clearly didn't see the sign. I was startled awake to a hot tub filling with water around midnight."

"This was an absolute terrible stay. It was obvious this room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We immediately found hair (not ours) all over the sheets, everything had a coating of dust, makeup on the pillowcases, we couldn't take off our shoes from the dirty floor, and lastly we found blood on the towels."
