"The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! "I booked a 3-bedroom stay but only 2 bedrooms were available when we checked in. I reached out to the owner and I was told that they don’t have 3 bedrooms available. I sent proof that I paid for 3 bedrooms. They were unwilling to help. "
