"We spent 2 days at The Abbey and they were wonderful. The surrounding area had a great sports bar (Chucks) and there's a good coffee shop down the opposite way (The Coffee Mill). We spent a day at the spa ( workout facility, adult pool, steam room, sauna, and salt room). We will possibly return to The Abbey again next year."

"Overall a great experience. Cleanliness is lacking, and the rooms are extremely outdated for 2026. Nice and spacious at least, and the water park area is very neat. Lifeguards should do a better job of making sure all of the excessively empty tubes are out of the lazy river when they aren’t being used though. Kinda irritating floating with the family and constantly running into empty inner tubes. I started to clear some out and the lifeguard blew her whistle at me and said I couldn’t do that. If that’s the case, make sure the extra lifeguards are clearing the water of all the extra inner tubes that are empty. Good experience overall!"
