I booked a room for an employee and the clerk would not let him check in because he was not 21. She told him that he had to prove that his job booked the room for him. He showed her the text confirmation from me and she still didn't let him stay. I lost over 120 bucks with no refund.

We did not have a privacy screen across our window and we were on the 1st floor. Also, the hotwater was not hot. We advised the front desk staff upon departure.
