"I'm utterly disgusted at this place. Not only do they over charge for junk rooms, but the staff is so under trained and highly unprofessional, but whoever owns this hotel needs to hire a marketing agent or some thing because this place needs to improve drastically. If you're going to have a crappy hotel, the least you can do is, have people pay cheap prices since it's not even worth it. Hire some training assessments for your staff and better cleaners and maintenance professionals."

"The pool was closed without previous notice on the book in. We had just stayed there a few days before that and they told us that it was shut down by the health department... I'm sure they didn't want to put that on the booking information... We have been going to this place for months and swimming in this pool now we are gonna have to get check for whatever.. but it wasn't simply me and my wife it was our 3 yr old who I'm worried about! "

"Really nice hotel. Staff was helpful and the room was beautiful and very clean. Price was reasonable and they allowed my dog to stay at no charge. Location is perfect for me (near the interstate) in order to continue my journey. Vending and coffee is available and a few restaurants or fast food options located nearby. I was impressed with the quality of this hotel and will stay again if the opportunity arises."

"We loved this hotel, and we will be back. The staff was incredible. Friendly and nice. The waterpark was perfect for the price. The hot tub wasn't working. The water in the other pools was very nice and warm. The bad side was the noise. The HWY was louder than expected. (ask for a room on the other side of the hall)."
