"They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. "The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. "Hi, I stayed at Quality Inn Hampton, New Port- News in Room 602, from 6/25/26 to 6/27/26. The room was filthy and smelled bad. Sink was clogged, shower had no pressure and only dripped, and the iron sprayed water on my clothes. This was unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund for my stay. Please reimburse my credit card.
