Modern property just across the bridge from old Riga, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. The restaurant menu is limited but there are shops nearby and a big mall with a lot of eateries. Good value for money if you don´t need to be in the old city.

Clean and modern Park Inn property situated just across the bridge from Riga centre. The restaurant menu is somewhat limited but the city centre is only 5/10 minutes by taxi or bus. Friendly and efficient staff and free parking in the surrounding streets. Good value for money.

A nearly perfect hotel for a business traveller

The room was excellent - large desk, comfoftable bed, everything clean and cozy. On the downside - the pillows were too thick for me, and my safe did not work (though I did not have time to report it to reception) Very good breakfast, among the best I had while travelling. The staff was friendly, the location was Ok, but if you're travelling by car, keep in mind that parking does not belong to the hotel and has limited places.

Great property just across bridge from old town. Nice quiet neighborhood. Used the gym. Parking behind the hotel was easy in and out and inexpensive. Gabriella at the front desk was amazing. She helped me check in a bit early and made sure I knew just where to go for my tour and gave me dinner reservations. Very pleasant and polite.

Booked for my girlfriend and her son, I made clear instructions about 2 beds , extra pillows because of a child staying. They didn’t bother to receive or follow my instructions. Breakfast has variety according to my girlfriend but lacked any real quality. They didn’t allow an early checkin by even 1 hour even though I had previously booked and stayed in this hotel. Overall quite disappointed.

Disappointing

Hotel doesn’t tell that parking is strictly limited to about 6 cars and it’s impossible to find a parking space. Hotel staff was only “sorry, yes it’s very small so you have to find a place to park your car somewhere else”. Shower in bathroom on 7th floor didn’t have warm watet(tap did have). Disappointing after 600 km driving. Breakfast was good. Wrote a complaint to Radisson website but never got a response.

Very good stay only stayed one night the staff in reception are super helpful the guy when i came early let me leave&store my luggage safely plus gave me excellent direction on how to use the tram&bus,told me where to get on&off.++++AAA👍👍👍The guy on duty when i checked out early in the morning helped me talk to Bolt driver who picked me up for the airport👏👏👏👏
