"Location is great for visiting Lake Powell. However, the wear and tear on this property is obvious. The rate is because of location but a little would do a lot for the property."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, es war ruhig und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Ein klassisches Continental breakfast. Aber der Frühstücksbereich ist groß und man hat viel Platz. Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen."

"Exceptional staff, clean and well maintained. The laundry service (although thought $5 for wash and $5 for dry was pricy) was a lifesaver. The hot breakfast was a nice perk, but mediocre. The room itself was affordable, average size. We could have used more room to put our luggage."

"the hotel is good for 1 night. But the whole hotel could use a pep in its step, some room freshener and upkeep around property and they really could use help with the moths everywhere - after we checked in they gave us a piece of paper that said we are having a moth infestation problem, but didn’t tell us before that was I checked in. Thankfully we only had a few in our room and we just needed to sleep and leave at 6am. Other than that - it was fine."

"We stayed one night while driving through and got in pretty late around 10 pm. The iPad check in outside made it super easy to get our room without any hassle. The place was really clean, which we appreciated after being on the road all day. For the price it was definitely worth it. Simple, easy stay and we’d come back if passing through again"

"The bed was too hard & the sink was plugged up. In the morning going for breakfast a man on a kiosk argued that it was only 6 AM and breakfast was at 7 AM. It was clearly 7 AM so I’m not sure what he was talking about but we just left. No one at the desk you had to just talk to the machine. It felt very cold and uncaring. We won’t stay here again."

"Our host was amazing, she informed us of nearby tourist attractions and other activities in the area. Very accommodating with check in. Home was clean and spacious.Comfortable beds! Great showers! I would take a gate if you have small children, since it is a bi-level style home. Kids and stairs ugh. Overall, She definitely takes pride in being a great hostesses."

"The shower tiles were caving in near the faucet. The water took literally 15 minutes to get warm. The asphalt in the parking lot melted to the tires of my rental car while it was parked and I had to scrape and peel off large clumps of tar and asphalt to stop the car from bouncing while driving. We had nothing good to say about this stay."
