This was abdolutely the best stay ever. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Jennifer P who gave us all kinds of great information and found us a quiet room too. Very clean , spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff there were very attentive. We were sorry to leave.

Took four little kids, my sister and my mom for a weekend in Shreveport. The staff was so very accommodating and helpful. There were places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely with large bedrooms and comfortable beds and pillows. The complementary cookies in the afternoon are also very much appreciated! The pool area is lovely, even if the water is a little cool. The breakfast was very nice, the pancakes (when the machine worked) particularly tasty, but it might be more appetising if it were served with proper crockery and cutlery, rather than on polystyrene plates and eaten with plastic forks...

We stayed for two nights, visiting casinos and Barksdale Air Museum. We were very satisfied with our room and facilities, also found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to I20 and an Outback Steakhouse that you can walk to. As for the train, you do hear it pass but it really wasn't that big of a deal. All in all we enjoyed our stay and found it good value for money.
