"First checkin. I arrived after a long flight followed by a long drive. The said that they have my reservation but have no rooms available. I insisted that they double check. 5 rooms were available. But they were different from my reservation. Total confusion ensued. Eventually I was checked into a room. The decor is motel 6 drab. Plus no shower head. Just a handheld that fell off the wall. The lighting in the room is really bad. All lights are hospital room bright white. Just overall not a great experience. I gave it three stars trying to be fair. "
