"Hotel staff and concierge were great. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet. The restaurant and pub seemed to have staffing problems and were not attentive. The facility is showing it's age, however. Still, it was convenient to the mall for shopping. A little to far to walk to the Horizon cruise terminal with any luggage, but the concierge hooked us up with a taxi."

The room was very basic with no colour or decoration and seemed like it was put together at the last minute. We felt because we had booked via a deal we were given the very basic. Won't return"
