"Attention logement partagé ! En effet, vous réservez une chambre mais le reste du logement (wc, cuisine, salon, terrasse) sont partagés avec les autres personnes qui ont réservé des chambres. Hormis cette subtilité, le logement est propre et bien agencé. Par contre, la literie est fatiguée, la porte de la salle de bains ferme tres difficilement. L'accès à la cabane n'est pas très bien expliqué. Nous voulions séjourner 2 nuits dans ce logement mais finalement nous avons préféré passer la...

5. Domaine Jean-Got

Lugaignac

"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Domaine Jean-Got. The hosts were very friendly, spoke good English, and the check-in smooth. The domaine is close to the river and the small town of Branne, well located to get to Saint Emilion and a few other nice villages. Most of all though we just enjoyed relaxing on site on the terrace and pool. We also loved the miniature donkeys! Just so you know when booking, the jacuzzi and sauna are not included and cost an extra €75 per session."

12. Slo Appart Hotel Bordeaux - Cité du Vin

"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. There is a nice eating area with restaurants and bars behind the...

This is a well put together operation. It's clean and efficiently run. The staff speak good English if your French is a little weak. The food is tasty. Breakfast and dinner are a buffet arrangement and are quite inexpensive. The hotel is near to tram route "C" and is potentially in a good location if you're arriving in Bordeaux by train. It's a fair distance from the airport though. A Taxi to/from the airport is approximately 45 Euro (May, 2015). The tram can take you into the center of town in...
