"The first room had plenty of black mold and the second one was the same. Nothing about our room was luxurious as they advertised. It smelled musty and the furnishing sparse.
We were told not to book the lower level rooms if we wanted a better suite. That definitely did not match what they advertised.
On the positive side the location was excellent."

"Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"The room was clean and spacious enough for a short trip. I did appreciate having a washer and dryer (one unit) in the room. There aren't any cleaning services or garbage removal unless requested, but it's an extra charge, so the bin was overflowing by the end of our trip. But the location is great, the building is clean and the shopping convenient. There is a whole foods for groceries, lots of restaurants and tons of shopping. Worth the price."

"A beautifully furnished and comfortable studio apartment very centrally located in Earls Court . The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. Unfortunately we arrived in a heat wave and there was little to NO ventilation in the flat and only a fan that could not cool the place. "Seriously excellent, I would confidently Book.Spent only 2 days. Building is great, super quiet, clean, luxurious unit.Someone was on site to come by out room when we had a question.Super friendly and willing to help with anything.Really enjoyed my stay from the states.100% returning when We stay in the UK again."
