"The housekeeping only did one bed and forgot to do the other bed during our stay over. My toddler found a live cockroaches on a pillow. The key card doesn't work properly."

"I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!"

"Took my kids to the Waterpark, the outdoor pavilion for a concert and the arcade. Everything was great."

"The holet was clean and close to alot of shops and restaurant. It close to MOA and the Edgan outlet mall. My only one complain was the shower pressure was not that great this could use a upgrade, but other then that this hotel is very nice. We will stay here again!!"

"The room as clean and the hotel was clean as well. I checked in after 10pm and waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone was around to check me into my room. Otherwise the hotel was as expected, nothing extravagant. The set up is a little odd to me as the elevators are on the far ends of the floor making the hallway exceptionally long. The rooms are far from sound resistant. You can hear people 4 doors down and every toilet flushing."

"There is a lot of potential for this B&B, but there were just a few too many details to be able to give more than a 5 rating for the room we stayed in. The host was pleasant and accommodating. The location is excellent, with many good restaurants in walking distance. The night was as quiet as one would expect being in a city of this size. Parking is on site and free, which is also a bonus. The price for the small top floor rooms is also a value, but should have been a bit of a yellow...

"Did not receive the room we had booked due to the facility being “short staffed”. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch, got a room with 2 queen beds. No refund, we paid for a more expensive room and did not stay in it. The room smelled musty and moldy. Was damp, the beds felt moist. The room beside us and across the hall had their sinks/toilets back up. The breakfast was not refilled as used, food or utensils. Once gone, no more to be had. Checked out a day early due to...
