"Hotel was clean, bed needed a new mattress, location was good, parking very convenient and secure, tub was slippery, nearly fell - needs floor mat, foyer floor was recently washed and still wet but no marker, nearly slipped. Breakfast was well attended to, had non- dairy milk we appreciated very much. Needed something vegetarian each morning in the hot food dishes, - hot foods without meat in everything. Would appreciate whole grain bread for toast rather than white breads only. Lighting in room was very poor, could not read a book or see things easily. Overall hotel felt slightly dated, but price was very expensive."

"The property was GREAT, However, it's a little difficult to find from the highway. Not anyone's fault, it sits up on a hill. The exit from the road isn't lit very well, and the sign is hard to see. Other than that, its a wonderful place to stay"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Troy. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I also loved how big the TV was and the picture quality was so vivid and clear, which made relaxing in the room even better. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and I really appreciated how clean, quiet and welcoming the entire property was. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay and I especially want to recognize the gentleman at the front desk who was extremely friendly, welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond by even giving me some complimentary food for my birthday. That was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay even more special. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay at Hotel Troy again and look forward to coming back!"
