"Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "Great location in the heart of Queens St mall. We were there over Anzac day so the only thing to note is that the streets are closed on that day from 9am to 3pm so it was pretty much impossible to get in or out of the hotel during those hours."

Avoid conference week and other major city event such as rugby tournaments. otherwise you are going to pay 5 star hotel price for this (3.5 star) hotel."
