"I booked a 1 bedroom ocean front suite for an anniversary stay. It was shown as ocean front with floor to celing views. What i got was a suite wedged between other rooms. One balcony door had a view off a wall and the other a small ocean view framed by other rooms, like looking down a hallway. "The proprietors are very helpful and friendly and really want you to have a great stay and go out of their way to make it happen. It's a great no-frills motel with plenty of free parking. The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!"

"Overall it was great. Service was great and everyone was friendly The view was beautiful. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The only negative would be the bar and restaurant service took a while at times but the food and drinks were really good!"

"The resort and the room it's self is nice. But having to wait 2 1/2 hours past check-in time for our room to even be available when we were here 10 minutes prior to check in time is ridiculous. Then the front desk staff and manager wanted to give attitude about how busy they have been and they have been sold out and the rain. That's not my problem you know you have all these people checking in rooms should be ready and available . I can understand maybe having to wait 30 minutes but not 2 1/2...

We were locked out of our room on the first day because the battery died on the key lock. Spent an hour waiting for maintenance to get there after spending the day sightseeing, my kids were exhausted and this was well past midnight. The second room was cleaner but smaller.
